The Report to the 20th CPC National Congress clearly put forward,"protect,manage and make good use of red re-sources with heart,affection and endeavor".General Secretary Xi Jinping also proposed"inheritance of red gene,extension of red blood"and other important discourse spirits.Therefore,under the important background of the comprehensive implementation of the"The New Generation Soul Casting Project",this paper explores the basic theory and dynamic mechanism of the development of red cultural resources,uses the field research,speculative analysis and empirical methods,and combines the construction of index system for quality evaluation of development of red cultural resources,optimization model,computational experimental research tools,to study the optimization of the educational function of red cultural resources.This paper finds that guiding people to further develop the teaching materials,curricula,educational modes and teaching methods of red cultural resources can give full play to the educational functions of red cultural resources in optimizing cognition,solidifying belief,activating behavior and other aspects,which is conducive to strengthening people's cultural confidence and promoting cultural prosperity.
