Discussion on the Feasible Path for Colleges and Universities to Carry Forward Local Urban Culture
[Purpose]Universities and cities have deep cultural origins.How to establish a cooperation mechanism between univer-sities and local cities for interconnection and common development has certain practical significance for the construction of urban cul-ture.[Content/Method]This study selects colleges and universities with typical practices in urban cultural construction as examples,comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,case analysis,and grounded theory,and uses Nvivo11 software to conduct qualitative analysis of case text and document content.[Result]Provide several reflections and suggestions for universities to promote local urban culture from the perspectives of university leadership and political school cooperation.It is proposed that local govern-ments and resident universities can establish cooperation mechanisms from six aspects:public cultural services,signing cooperation a-greements,co-construction of spatial platforms,practical project cooperation,cultural brand building,and cultural policy formulation.
