The author perused and studied historical and cultural masterpieces as well as social surveys,studied and probed the sedimentary deposits of Jinzhou's marine literature and marine folklore in emphasis and depth on the basis of the background of"national marine power strategy"and the ideological line of"self-confidence towards our culture"by using documentary and classics research methods,empirical research methods as well as multidisciplinary and multinational research methods,and further more put forward the mentalities and points of the inheritance of Jinzhou's marine literature,marine folklore and the development of its related industry on the emphasis of the content of Jinzhou's characteristic marine culture.The author hopes that this article could offer a modest spur to induce every respected experts to come forward with valuable contributions for the transmission and continuity of Jinzhou's marine literature,marine folklore as well as the development of its related industry,the excavation of Jinzhou's splendid ma-rine culture,literature,history and culture,and furthermore the promotion of the development of our marine industry especially marine culture industry,the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of our marine industry,as well as the active promotion on the strategy of constructing powerful city in culture.
