Chinese style modernization cannot be achieved without the cooperation and support of open universities.The con-struction of high-quality,efficient,and locally distinctive campus curriculum culture is a necessary path for cultural innovation in multi-ethnic regions in the current and future context.The research content of this article includes the development of local red cul-tural resources and their literature,the significance and practice of integrating red cultural resources into curriculum construction,etc.The research methods include literature research,case study,and empirical analysis.It is found that in the process of curriculum cul-ture construction on university campuses,it is necessary to play the value of enriching local red cultural resources and realizing the contemporary function of cultural education.This article aims to enhance students'sense of national pride and cultural identity,stimu-late their sense of responsibility and patriotism towards historical missions,cultivate their spirit of struggle and dedication,and make the construction of university campus curriculum culture more attractive,dynamic,and influential.
