Zhuangz i is one of the classics of ancient Chinese philosophy,and its reclusive ideas still inspire people to live a healthy life.The concept of seclusion focuses on inner freedom and tranquility,attempting to achieve spiritual tranquility and life hap-piness through a path that is free from worldly complexity and turmoil.On the basis of previous research,this article starts from the ontology of"Dao"and reorganizes the reclusive thought of Zhuangzi,summarizing it into three levels:the natural state of mind of"wandering things",the attitude of"wandering the world",and the way of"carefree"intention.This article explores a set of cultiva-tion methods based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture,through the study of the reclusive thoughts and modern values of Zhuangzi,which can improve people's anxious and tense life experiences.This is of great significance in promoting harmonious rela-tionships between humans and nature,between humans and society,and between humans and themselves today.
