The Historical Evolution and Multidimensional Analysis of Traditional Chinese Family Instructions
Chinese traditional family teachings carry the ancient family education ideas of China,are the crystallization of the wisdom of ancient sages in China,are the source for future generations to stand up in the world,and accumulate the unique spiritual charm of the Chinese nation.Traditional family teachings have undergone historical changes from oral Q&A to documentary records,from a single sentence to a collection of family teachings.They not only represent the historical evolution of family teachings culture,but also imply the eternal renewal of Chinese culture.This article divides the development of traditional family teachings into five pe-riods based on the changes in Chinese history and dynasties,as well as the characteristics of the form and quantity of family teach-ings.They are the embryonic period of the Pre Qin period,the generation period of the Han,Wei,and Jin dynasties,the development period of the Southern and Northern Tang dynasties,the mature period of the Song and Yuan dynasties,and the prosperous transfor-mation period of the Ming and Qing dynasties.It analyzes the internal logic of the development of traditional family teachings culture from four dimensions:social politics,culture,education,and ideology.By deeply understanding the development history of traditional Chinese family teachings,we can provide cultural nourishment for the construction of family ethics and family education in the new era,and inherit and promote the excellent traditional virtues of China.
