Alumni culture is an important manifestation of the soft power of university culture,a spiritual bond between alumni and alma mater,and a social extension of campus culture.It plays an indispensable role in the inheritance of university spirit,the ef-fectiveness of education,and innovative development.The article is based on social learning theory and builds an evaluation index system for alumni culture cultivation mode on the basis of previous research.Through the questionnaire survey method,this study takes alumni who have graduated from a vocational college in Jiangsu as the research object,deeply analyzes the current difficulties in cultivating alumni culture in universities,and seeks breakthroughs from three aspects based on the research questions:strengthen-ing top-level design and enhancing student alumni identity recognition;multi party collaborative education to stimulate students'growth and talent motivation;emphasize brand building and cultivate a strong sense of love and honor among students.This article aims to provide reference and inspiration for research on the construction of alumni culture in universities.
