China's international social organizations are still in their infancy,and there are some differences between them and developed countries in the world.The development of internationalization needs to be improved,and the depth and breadth of interna-tional communication influence are facing challenges.International social organizations have a lot of room for development,but at the same time,they face many challenges,such as insufficient awareness of international communication,single path,imbalance of orga-nizational personnel structure,and poor path of participation in international mechanisms.Therefore,studying the international opera-tion of international social organizations,exploring the promotion of international development,and enhancing the influence of inter-national communication will help international social organizations grow rapidly and participate in global governance better.Starting from the three dimensions of network communication thinking,organizational personnel structure and participation in international mechanisms,this paper takes the World Canal Historical and Cultural Cities Cooperation Organization as an example to analyze the difficulties encountered in the international development of social organizations,and puts forward suggestions on improving the com-prehensive ability of international communication,strengthening the construction of international talents and enriching the path of in-ternationalization.
