中文摘要："一带一路"倡议提出10年以来,已经取得累累硕果,共建"一带一路"已搭建起广泛的国际教育和对外合作交流平台,深受各国欢迎,也为世界提供新机遇."一带一路"五大理念中,"民心相通"理念是构建"五通发展"思想建设的一个基础性工程,在推动高质量的发展中已取得了重要成效.该文以马来西亚高校留学生市场为例,分析了中马两国留学生市场的现状和发展趋势,以及影响两国留学生选择的动因和诱因,如政策支持、文化包容、教育质量和发展机遇等.在此基础上,探讨了中马两国高等教育的新典型和新尝试,以及这些模式对于促进两国教育合作和民心相通的作用和意义.最后提出中马两国留学生的双向交流正是"民心相通"的践行渠道.

外文摘要：Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward 10 years ago,it has made great achievements and set up an extensive platform for international education and foreign cooperation and exchanges that has been welcomed by countries across the globe and provided new opportunities worldwide.Among the five major ideas of the Belt and Road Initiative,the concept of"connecting the hearts and minds of the people"is a key component of the ideological construction of the"Five Links Development",which has been highly successful in promoting high-quality development.This article uses the interchange of foreign students as an example to analyze the current situation and development trend of the student market in China and Malaysia,as well as the motivations and incentives that affect the choice of students from both countries,such as policy support,cultural inclusiveness,education quality,development opportunities,etc.On this basis,it explores new models and attempts in higher education in China and Malaysia,and the role and significance of these modes in promoting bilateral educational cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.Finally,it proposes that the two-way exchange of Chinese and Malaysian students is precisely the channel for the practice of"heart-to-heart connection".
