The fundamental problems of Zhengzhou's culture are revealed by the fact that its central status in Zhongyuan culture has not been established yet,and its mechanism of introduction and going out has not been set up.There still exists the deficiency of cultural education,construction of cultural centers,cultural innovation,cultural exchanges and cultural opening up to the outside world.By surveying and analyzing the construction and development of Zhengzhou's modern tourism,museums,centers of cultural in-novation,photogenic spots for social media and studying the cultural situation,the weak links of adoption and outside connection are revealed.Via profoundly probing into relevant cross-cultural mechanism and theory,construction of famous cultural spots for social media,cultural propagation through translation,the paper digs into and discusses the core of the problem,and notes that only through enhancing exploration and publicity of culture itself,transforming the one-sideness of prioritizing economy and ignoring culture,im-proving the deformed mode of focusing on its entertaining function but underestimating its instructiveness,and authentically fulfilling the comprehensive function of culture,can a solid foundation be laid for the"going out"of Zhengzhu culture.And at last,the accu-rate countermeasures are come up with,providing a theoretical and decisive support for the development and going out of Zhengzhou's culture.
