The world is facing great changes unseen in a century,which provides unlimited space and powerful impetus for the international dissemination of Chinese culture.The international communication of Chinese culture is an important part of the interna-tional communication capacity building.Telling China's stories well and spreading China's voice well is an important mission of Chi-nese education in the new era.Therefore,it is important to enhance the international communication ability of college students to serve the needs of the country.From the perspective of improving the cross-cultural communication ability of college students,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and current situation of the cultivation of college students'international communication ability of Chinese culture by using literature research,the method of combining theory with practice and empirical analysis.This paper explains the ways to improve the college students'ability of spreading Chinese culture.Taking the School of Foreign Languages of Shenyang University of Technology as an example,this paper focuses on analyzing and discussing the ways to improve the international commu-nication ability of college students in China,promote the"going out"of Chinese culture,promote mutual learning between foreign and Chinese civilizations,and promote Chinese culture to better go to the world.
