变译理论下肇庆市传统村落外宣文本中文化专有项翻译探究

乡村振兴战略推进下，传统村落的保护和开发力度不断加大，同时传统村落文本的外宣翻译也备受关注，人们通过各种文化输出方式来讲好肇庆故事，构建肇庆市文明古城的形象。该文以变译理论为基础，运用增减法范畴下多种变译的方法，对广东省肇庆市传统村落外宣文本的建筑特色和民间故事中文化专有项的翻译进行探讨，从文化专有项的词、句和段落层面分别进行分析。研究发现，文化专有项翻译的基础是两种文化的异同，而融合变通和转化的变译理论能使得译文与原文的词句相契合。该研究旨在为传统村落文本的外宣翻译提供不同的思路，以期产生更高质量的译文和促进传统村落的跨文化传播，讲好肇庆故事，从而更好地构建文化身份。
A Study on Translation of Culture-Specific Items in Promotional Texts of Traditional Villages in Zhaoqing City under the Theory of Translation Variation
With pushing forward the rural revitalization strategy,the protection and development of traditional villages have been intensified,and the translation of traditional village publicity texts has also attracted much attention.The story of Zhaoqing is told and the image of Zhaoqing City is built through various cultural export methods.Based on Translation Variation Theory,this paper uses different methods under the category of addition and subtraction to explore the translation of cultural specific items of architectural features and folk stories at the level of words,sentences and paragraph,which are from the publicity text of traditional villages in Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province.It is found that,the basis of the translation of culture-specific items is the similarities and differ-ences between two cultures.And combining adaptation and transformation,the Translation Variation Theory can make the translation correspond to original words.This study aims to provide different ideas for the publicity translation of traditional village texts in order to produce higher quality translation and promote the cross-cultural communication of traditional villages,telling the Zhaoqing story well,and thus better construct cultural identity.
