立德树人视域下革命类博物馆大学生观众满意度研究——以南昌八一起义纪念馆为例

随着社会的发展,到博物馆参观的大学生观众越来越多.党的十八大以来,我国不断强调要把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,鼓励大学生积极参观革命类博物馆、开展社会实践活动.该文在立德树人视域下,以探究革命类博物馆今后如何顺应时代发展为研究目标,将南昌八一起义纪念馆的大学生观众作为研究对象,运用问卷调查法与ASEB栅格分析法相结合的方式,从基础设施、展品布置、人员服务、文创产品四维度入手,探究大学生观众对南昌八一起义纪念馆的满意度.进而提出为更好地促进革命类博物馆的长远发展,博物馆需抓住时代机遇,加快自身发展,打造独特的博物馆品牌,使红色资源引领当代大学生精神的重要作用得到有效挖掘和利用.
Research on the College Students'Satisfaction of Revolutionary Museums from the Perspective of Cultivating Virtue and Nurturing Talents—Taking Nanchang August 1st Memorial Hall as an Example
With the development of society,more and more college students are visiting museums.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has continuously emphasized the fundamental task of education to cultivate morality and talents,and actively encouraged college students to visit revolutionary museums and carry out social practice activities.From the perspective of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents,this research group aims to explore how revolutionary museums can adapt to the development of the times in the future.The university student audience of Nanchang August 1st Memorial Hall is selected as the research object.Using a combination of questionnaire survey method and ASEB grid analysis method,the satisfaction of university student audiences with Nanchang August 1st Memorial Hall is explored from four dimensions:infrastructure,exhibition layout,personnel services,and cultural and creative products.Furthermore,it is proposed that in order to better promote the long-term development of revolutionary museums,museums should seize the opportunities of the times,accelerate their own development,create unique museum brands,and effectively tap and utilize the important role of red resources in leading the spirit of contemporary college students.
