跨文化交际是不同语言及文化背景下人们之间的交际.跨文化交际过程中,交际者的语言交流能力或素养就是跨文化交际能力.电商专业学生的跨文化交际能力是学生综合职业能力的一种体现,对于其从事跨境电商行业有重要的影响.在跨境电商活动中,由于中西方文化的差异,交易双方在语言沟通、价值观、消费观、审美观等方面存在差异,只有提升跨文化交际能力,才能更好地正视文化差异,促进贸易达成.该文首先介绍了文化与跨文化交际的概念,其次分析了跨境电商中存在的文化差异和跨境电商中跨文化交际能力的主要指标,最后提出了相关策略,旨在提升电商专业学生跨文化交际能力.
Abstract
Cross cultural communication refers to the communication between people in different language and cultural backgrounds.In the process of cross-cultural communication,the language communication ability or literacy of the communica-tor is the ability of cross-cultural communication.The cross-cultural communication ability of e-commerce students is a re-flection of their comprehensive professional ability,which has a significant impact on their engagement in the cross-border e-commerce industry.In cross-border e-commerce activities,due to cultural differences between China and the West,there are differences in language communication,values,consumption views,aesthetics,and other aspects between the two parties.Only by improving cross-cultural communication skills can we better face cultural differences and promote trade.This article first introduces the concepts of culture and cross-cultural communication,then analyzes the cultural differences in cross-bor-der e-commerce and the main indicators of cross-cultural communication ability in cross-border e-commerce.Finally,rele-vant strategies are proposed to enhance the cross-cultural communication ability of e-commerce majors.
