Strengthening the construction of a practice-oriented talent cultivation mechanism is not only a bridge connecting theoretical legal education and practical application but also a focal point for cultivating foreign-related legal talents and a key to improving the quality of legal education.Currently,practice-based education for foreign-related legal talents in China faces various issues across all stages of practical teaching,including outdated concepts and models in classroom teaching,a lack of systematic and targeted practical courses,insufficient internship and training resources,and limited international internship opportunities.In re-sponse,universities should adhere to five-sphere integrated plan,a practice-oriented approach in cultivating foreign-related legal talents.This approach involves integrative,targeted reforms across five areas from guid-ing classroom practice,designing practical courses,strengthening on-campus training,organizing off-campus practice,to expanding international internship networks,so as to enhance the overall effectiveness of develop-ing foreign-related legal talents'ability to put professional knowledge into practice.
