Experimental Study on the Strength Characteristics and Microscopic Mechanism of Alkaline Magnesium Sulfate Cement Based Solidification Agent for Solidifying Silty Soil
To improve the quality of solidified sludge, this article selects lightweight, fast setting, low alkali, and wear-resistant alkaline magnesium sulfate cement as the main curing agent.Through mechanical and microscopic tests, the effect and mechanism of the curing agent are explored. The results show that after using alkaline magnesium sulfate ce-ment-based composite curing agent, the 28 day unconfined compressive strength of the solidified soil can reach 1 400 kPa.The chemical reaction between sulfur fixing ash and alkaline magnesium sulfate cement can effectively improve the water stability and microstructure stability of the soil. The effect of alkaline magnesium sulfate cement on solidification of sludge is better than that of magnesium oxysulfate cement.
