基于弯矩控制的地下室结构上浮破坏机理分析与加固处理研究

摘要
依托于南方某住宅区地下室上浮事故,建立了地下室上浮破坏区域的有限元模型,模拟地下室结构在水浮力、车辆荷载及施工荷载等作用下的受力及裂缝情况.利用截面分层法可以确定柱从弹性变形到塑性变形的开裂弯矩和屈服弯矩,并与柱截面的最大弯矩进行比较来判断柱截面是否出现裂缝.柱截面弯矩值的变化情况对应于不同的破坏程度,从而得到地下室结构的上浮破坏机理.针对该地下室结构上浮破坏提出了"先泄压,后加固"的总体加固处理方案,在指定位置布设泄压孔、加固柱梁板墙、给底板顶板增厚处理等,并以模型计算验证了该方案的可行性.
Abstract
Based on a basement floating accident in a residential area in a southern city,a finite element model was es-tablished to simulate the failure area of the basement structure.The model considered complex loads including water buoyancy,vehicle load,and construction load to analyze stress states and cracks.By employing the stratification method,the cracking moment and yield moment of the column from elastic to plastic state were determined.The maximum ben-ding moments of the column sections were compared with their corresponding cracking moments to assess crack occur-rence.The variation of sectional bending moment corresponds to different degrees of failure,allowing us to understand the failure mechanism of the basement structure.To address this floating failure issue,an overall reinforcement treatment scheme,called"first decompression and then reinforcement"was proposed.This scheme included arranging decompression holes at specified positions,reinforcing columns,beams,plates,and walls separately while increasing thicknesses of bottom plate and roof plate.Model calculations have verified feasibility of the proposed scheme.
