基于时间扫描的聚烯烃树脂改性沥青疲劳演化规律研究

摘要
为评价聚烯烃树脂改性沥青的疲劳特性,采用动态剪切流变仪对70#基质沥青、不同掺量聚烯烃树脂改性沥青、温拌改性沥青及SBS改性沥青进行动态时间扫描试验,通过复数剪切模量G*、相位角和累计耗散能比对应的疲劳曲线分析沥青的疲劳损伤过程;最后对聚烯烃树脂改性沥青的改性机理进行分析.试验结果表明:不同指标疲劳曲线变化规律明显,能较好地表征试验沥青的疲劳损伤过程,G*与荷载作用次数曲线可清晰地反映荷载适应、损伤累积和加速破坏3个阶段,疲劳演化曲线便于表征其疲劳特性;改性沥青的疲劳性能随着新型聚烯烃树脂改性剂掺量的增加先增强后减弱,3%掺量改性沥青的疲劳特性较优,SBS改性沥青疲劳特性最优.研究结果将为聚烯烃树脂改性沥青应用和改性沥青疲劳性能评价提供参考.
Abstract
In order to evaluate the fatigue characteristics of polyolefin resin modified asphalt,dynamic sweep tests were carried out on 70 # base asphalt,different content of polyolefin modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,and surface-activa-ted warm-mixed modified asphalt using a dynamic shear rheometer.Based on the fatigue curves corresponding to complex shear modulus,phase angle,and cumulative dissipation energy ratio,the fatigue damage process of asphalt is investigated.Finally,the modification mechanism of polyolefin resin modified asphalt is analyzed.The test results show that:the fatigue damage curve law between G*,δ,DER,RDR and load cycles is obvious,can better characterize the fatigue damage process of the test asphalt.The curve between G*and load cycles can clearly reflect the load adaptation,damage accumulation and accelerated destruction of the three stages of the fatigue curve is convenient to characterize the fatigue characteristics.With increasing of polyolefin modifier content from 0%to 5%,the fatigue performance of modified asphalt is first strengthened after the weakening,the fatigue properties of the modified with 3%content is better than other modified asphalts.All e-valuation indexes reflect that the fatigue performance of SBS modified asphalt is the best among the test asphalts.The re-search results will provide reference for the application of polyolefin resin modified asphalt and the fatigue performance e-valuation of modified asphalts.
