高分子减缩密实剂对水泥基材料性能影响研究

Research on the Effect of Polymer Shrinkage Reducing and Compacting Agents on the Properties of Cementitious Materials

采用高分子减缩密实剂改善水泥基材料的性能,研究了高分子减缩密实剂对水泥基材料的抗渗性能、体积稳定性、抗开裂性能、抗硫酸盐侵烛、抗冻融循环的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察了 28 d龄期净浆水化产物的形貌.结果表明,相比于未掺组,掺入2%高分子减缩密实剂的水泥基材料,混凝土的28 d渗透高度比为27%,砂浆的渗透压力比达300%,混凝土 28 d氯离子迁移系数比下降至61%,混凝土的28 d收缩率比为87%,砂浆的早期抗开裂性能比可达76%,KS150次混凝土抗压强度耐蚀系数比提升至122%,混凝土抗冻等级达到F300,净浆水化产物形态得到优化,由疏松的团状结构转化为致密的簇状结构.
The performance of cement-based materials was improved by using polymer shrinkage reducing and compac-ting agents.The effects of polymer shrinkage reducing and compacting agents on the impermeability,volume stability,crack resistance,sulfate corrosion resistance,and freeze-thaw cycle resistance of cement-based materials were studied.The morphology of the hydration products of the 28 day old net slurry was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The re-sults showed that compared to cement-based materials without the addition of 2%polymer shrinkage reducing compactor,the 28 day permeability height ratio of concrete was 27%,the permeability pressure ratio of mortar was 300%,the chlo-ride ion migration coefficient ratio of concrete decreased to 61%,the 28 day shrinkage ratio of concrete was 87%,the early crack resistance performance ratio of mortar could reach 76%,the compressive strength and corrosion resistance coeffi-cient ratio of KS150 concrete increased to 122%,and the frost resistance grade of concrete reached F300,The morphology of the hydration product of the purified slurry has been optimized,transforming from a loose cluster like structure to a dense cluster like structure.
