餐饮商户燃气爆炸多因素风险耦合研究

A Study on the Coupled Risk Factors of Gas Explosion in Catering Merchants

为了分析多因素耦合作用对餐饮商户燃气爆炸事故的影响,在扎根理论质性分析餐饮商户燃气爆炸事故风险因素的基础上,应用N-K模型进行系统耦合风险的分析.首先,运用扎根理论构建餐饮商户燃气爆炸事故风险因素模型,其中包括18个范畴4个核心范畴;其次,根据耦合组合的类型划分为单因素、双因素、多因素风险耦合,并借助Ven-sim软件绘制耦合关系图;最后,运用N-K模型定量地对各种耦合形式的耦合风险值进行计算.结果表明:餐饮燃气爆炸事故的耦合因素越多则风险值越大;多因素风险耦合中4种因素耦合产生的风险值最大,其次是人-物-环因素耦合;双因素风险耦合中,人-物因素耦合最大.
In order to analyze the impact of multi factor coupling on gas explosion accidents in catering merchants,based on the qualitative analysis of the risk factors of gas explosion accidents in catering merchants based on grounded the-ory,the N-K model is applied to analyze the systematic coupling risk.Firstly,apply grounded theory to construct a risk factor model for gas explosion accidents in catering merchants,which includes 18 categories and 4 core categories;Second-ly,according to the type of coupling combination,it is divided into single factor,double factor,and multi factor risk cou-pling,and a coupling relationship diagram is drawn using Vensim software;Finally,the N-K model is used to quantitative-ly calculate the coupling risk values of various coupling forms.The results indicate that the more coupling factors there are in catering gas explosion accidents,the greater the risk value;The maximum risk value is generated by the coupling of four factors in the multi factor risk coupling,followed by the coupling of human material environmental factors;In the du-al factor risk coupling,the coupling between human and material factors is the largest.
