研究旨在评估钢渣作为粗集料加入RAP中组成钢渣再生沥青混合料的性能,先处理RAP材料以得到细集料再制备混合料,分别研究了不同级配沥青混凝土的路用性能,并对安山岩、再生骨料和钢渣与沥青界面性能进行了分析.结果表明钢渣沥青混合料SMA-16高温车辙为5 848次/mm,低温弯曲为1 108.23 N,疲劳方程式K值最高为9 652.1.在水压力作用下,钢渣呈现出了更低的剥离率和更高的粘附破坏力,分别为12.0%和13.2%.表明钢渣再生沥青混合料具有更好的路用性能.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of steel slag as coarse aggregate added to RAP to form steel slag recycled asphalt mixtures.The RAP material was treated first to obtain fine aggregate and then the mixtures were prepared.The road performance of different graded asphalt concretes was investigated separately.The interfacial properties of andesite,recycled aggregate and steel slag with asphalt were analyzed.The results show that the steel slag asphalt mixture SMA-16 has a high temperature rutting of 5 848 times/mm,a low temperature bending of 1 108.23 N,and the highest fatigue equation K value of 9 652.1.Under the action of water pressure,the steel slag presents a lower stripping rate and higher adhesion destructive force of 12.0%and 13.2%,respectively.It shows that steel slag recycled asphalt mixtures have better road performance.
