In response to the blowout requirements of combustion pool structural materials in tight gas extraction drill-ing engineering, different aluminate cement(CA)are used as binders and white alumina is used as aggregate to prepare re-fractory castables that meet the blowout requirements of combustion pool. The experimental results indicate that:1)The mechanical properties of each sample increase with the increase of calcination temperature;2)The Line Change Rate and Bulk Density of the four samples increase continuously with the increase of calcination temperature, while the Apparent Porosity decreases with the increase of calcination temperature;3)The Refractoriness Under Load of the CAG1,CAG2,CAG3 and CAG4 samples decreases sequentially;4)Through XRD,SEM and EDS analysis,it was found that a large a-mount of CA2 was generated after calcination at 1 100 ℃.There was a large amount of CA2 and a small amount of CA6 af-ter calcination at 1 300 ℃,and a large amount of CA6 and a small amount of CA2 were generated after calcination at 1 500 ℃.Field test results show that:after a long time of high temperature test, the sample material has no melting phe-nomenon and its appearance is smooth.
