A connection node for horizontal joints in prefabricated ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC)hollow shear walls was proposed. The prefabricated UHPC hollow shear wall specimen with horizontal joint joints and the cast-in-place UHPC hollow shear wall specimen of the same size were tested by pseudo-static tests to study the failure mode and mechanical mechanism, and to analyze and compare. The results show that the lateral stiffness and yield load of the pre-fabricated UHPC shear wall specimens connected with grouted U-shaped bars are basically the same as those of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens, but the ultimate load and failure state of the two specimens are different due to the exist-ence of horizontal joints. The hysteresis curves of both are relatively full, and the trend of the skeleton curve is basically consistent. In the practical engineering application of grouting U-bar connected prefabricated UHPC hollow shear wall, the design can be equivalent to that of cast-in-place UHPC hollow shear wall of the same size.
