In order to explore the variation of the impact force of dilute debris flow on straight channel drainage groove under different working conditions,20 groups of tests with 3 mix proportions, pure water and 5 slopes were carried out in a straight channel drainage groove. The test results show that:1)the fluid depth of dilute debris flow is proportional to the impact force;2)the impact force of dilute debris flow is proportional to the slope size;3)the maximum impact force is proportional to the content of coarse particles in dilute debris flow, and the maximum impact force of dilute debris flow with less coarse particles will increase suddenly at a critical slope;4)the exponential function provides the best fit for the impact force of dilute debris flows.Specifically, when the mix ratios of stone to sand to soil in the dilute debris flows are 4∶2∶1,2∶1∶4,and 2∶4∶1,the fitting functions for the impact force relative to the slope are respectively function y=4.119 e0.076 95 x、y=2.978e1.666x and y=1.023e0.131 8x.
