To eliminate the adverse effects of UV energy in daytime radiative cooling,a new type of UV absorbing cov-er for UV pre-management was designed,which can effectively absorb UV in solar radiation and improve the cooling pow-er of the radiative cooler.The performance experimental platform was built,the cooling power of the daytime radiative cooling using UV absorbing cover can be reduced by 29 W/m2and the temperature can be lowered by 1.5 ℃ compared with that of the PE cover under direct sunlight.The performance of the daytime radiative cooling with UV absorbing cover was improved better when the UV intensity was higher.
