页岩气钻前工程装配式场面板理论计算研究

通过倒梁法得到装配式场面板面层配筋,通过板底脱空现象简化受力模型,得到装配式场面板底层配筋.通过多个钻前工程实际应用表明,装配式场面板满足钻前工程场坪的设计规范要求和实际使用需求,综合考虑面板拼装时间与施工难易程度、场坪结构承载力要求、周转运输、材料成本等方面,推荐装配式场面板尺寸为3 m×1.5 m×0.15 m,板面层配筋面积为302 mm2;板底层配筋面积为1 278 mm2,最大程度保证钻前工程装配式场面板的使用性和适用性.
By using the inverted beam method,the reinforcement of the surface layer of the prefabricated field panel is obtained.By simplifying the stress model through the phenomenon of void at the bottom of the panel,the reinforcement of the bottom layer of the prefabricated field panel is obtained.Through multiple practical applications in pre-drilling engi-neering,it has been shown that the prefabricated field panel meets the design specifications and actual usage requirements of the pre drilling engineering site.Taking into account factors such as panel assembly time and construction difficulty,bearing capacity requirements of the site structure,turnover transportation,and material costs,it is recommended that the size of the prefabricated field panel be 3 m×1.5 m× 0.15 m,and the reinforcement area of the surface layer be 302 mm2.The reinforcement area of the bottom layer of the board is 1 278 mm2,Maximize the usability and applicability of prefabri-cated field panels for pre-drilling engineering.
