天然沸石粉和HEMC对糯米灰浆性能的影响及研究

摘要
研究将常规水泥砂浆中的部分胶凝材料替换为5%浓度的糯米灰浆,探究其在修复古建筑中的应用.试验利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等技术探究天然沸石粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素(HEMC)对糯米灰浆的力学性能及耐久性能的影响.结果表明:天然沸石粉与氢氧化钙产生火山灰效应对糯米灰浆的力学性能及耐久性能均发挥有利作用,且最佳掺量为3%.HEMC的保水性能增强糯米灰浆的耐久性,但会对其力学性能产生不利影响,提高耐久最佳掺量为1%.复掺10%的天然沸石粉和0.5%的HEMC,使得糯米灰浆的力学性能和耐久性能达到最优效果.
Abstract
This study replaced part of the cementitious material in the conventional cement mortar with 5%concentra-tion of sticky rice-lime mortar(SRLM),and explored its application in the restoration of ancient buildings.Scanning elec-tron microscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to explore the effects of natural zeolite powder and hydroxyethyl methylcellulose(HEMC)on the mechanical properties and durability of sticky rice-lime mortar.The results show that the volcanic ash effect of natural zeolite powder is beneficial to the mechanical properties and durability of glutinous rice mor-tar,and the optimal content is 3%.The water retention of HEMC enhances the durability of sticky rice-lime mortar but adversely affects its mechanical properties,and its optimal content is 1%.The mechanical properties and durability of sticky rice-lime mortar mixed with 10%natural zeolite powder and 0.5%HEMC achieved the best effect.
