特长瓦斯隧道运营期瓦斯涌出运移规律及通风方案优化研究

摘要
为有效降低特长瓦斯隧道运营期通风时瓦斯等污染物含量,以祁连山2#为工程依托,采用CFD速度流场以及瓦斯浓度等分布规律,建立了特长瓦斯隧道运营期通风系统计算模型,获得了不同通风方案下隧道瓦斯运移的规律.结果表明:自然通风条件下隧道通风速度分布较均匀,风流入口与应急停车带处出现局部流场扰动;瓦斯和硫化氢超标的涌出量限值分别为1.92 m3/s和0.001 79 m3/s,瓦斯涌出后隧道下游区段内左侧瓦斯含量明显高于右侧.隧道最佳通风方式为自然通风+射流风机通风;采用竖井排出式通风时,风机风流与自然通风方向一致时才能有效提高通风排污效果.
Abstract
In order to effectively reduce the content of gas and other pollutants during the operation of the long gas tun-nel,based on the Qilian Mountain 2 # project,the calculation model of the ventilation system during the operation of the long gas tunnel was established by using the CFD velocity flow field and the distribution law of gas concentration,and the law of gas migration under different ventilation schemes was obtained.The results show that,under the condition of natu-ral ventilation,the ventilation velocity distribution of the tunnel is more uniform,and the local flow field disturbance oc-curs at the air flow entrance and the emergency parking belt.The limits of gas and hydrogen sulfide emission exceeding the standard are 1.92 m3/s and 0.001 79 m3/s respectively,and the gas content on the left side of the downstream section of the tunnel is significantly higher than that on the right side after the gas emission.The best ventilation mode of the tun-nel is natural ventilation+jet fan ventilation.When the shaft discharge ventilation is adopted,the effect of ventilation and sewage drainage can be effectively improved when the fan air flow is in the same direction as the natural ventilation.
