摘要
为了解聚合氯化铝的化学除磷机理,以二沉池出水中的磷为研究对象,通过试验考察pH、温度、碱度和初始正磷酸盐浓度对PAC除磷效果的影响,探究其影响机理.结果表明,pH通过改变PAC水解后形成的Alb的含量来影响PAC去除正磷酸盐的效果,pH越大,PAC除磷效果越差;温度越高,PAC去除非溶解性总磷效果越好;碱度越低,PAC除磷效果越好;初始正磷酸盐浓度越高,单位质量PAC可去除的正磷酸盐量越大;分析得到了基于不同初始正磷酸盐浓度并使出水总磷达到一级A排放标准的PAC投加量计算公式,此公式为D=2+(C0-0.4)/(0.009 4C0+0.015),对二沉池出水深度化学除磷工艺运行具有参考价值.
Abstract
In order to understand the chemical phosphorus removal mechanism of polymeric aluminium chloride,the phosphorus in the effluent water of the secondary sedimentation tank was taken as the research object,and the effects of pH,temperature,alkalinity and initial orthophosphate concentration on the effect of PAC on the removal of phosphorus were examined through the test to investigate the mechanism of its influence.The results show that pH affects the effect of PAC in removing orthophosphate by changing the content of Alb formed after the hydrolysis of PAC,and the larger the pH is,the worse the effect of PAC in removing phosphorus is;the higher the temperature is,the better the effect of PAC in removing insoluble total phosphorus is;the lower the alkalinity is;the better the effect of PAC in removing phosphorus is;the higher the initial orthophosphate concentration is,the larger the amount of orthophosphate that can be removed by the PAC per unit of mass is;and the analyses obtained on the basis of different initial orthophosphate concentration and make the effluent total phosphorus to reach the first A discharge standard of the PAC dosage formula,this formula is D=2+(C0-0.4)/(0.009 4C0+0.015),the second sedimentation tank effluent depth of chemical phosphorus removal process operation has reference value.
