摘要
在缝两侧有层间不连续长度M的条件下,分析了车辆载荷、温度变化对(半)刚性层裂缝上沥青层拉应变(ε)的影响.分析工况包括不同的M取值、防裂夹层宽度以及层间状况,结果表明:荷载型反射裂缝易产生于车轮驶离缝的一侧;εmax随弯沉差递增,随车轮直径递减,根据算例,货车轮造成的εmax为轿车轮的5倍;只有与沥青层为半连续的防裂夹层才能减小εmax.对于温度型反射裂缝,其ε达轮载所致ε的数十倍,ε随M递减且以M=2 m为拐点,防裂夹层通过限制M的下限来控制ε的上限.无论是车辆载荷还是温度作用,防裂夹层越宽,沥青层ε都越小.
Abstract
Under the condition that there was an interlayer discontinuity length M on both sides of the joint,the effect of vehicle loads and temperature changes on the tensile strain(ε)of the asphalt layer on the(semi)rigid layer crack was analyzed.The analysis conditions included different M values,crack resistant interlayer width and interlayer continuity condition.The results showed that load type reflection cracks were prone to occur on the side of the wheel departure crack,εmax increased with the deflection difference and decreased with the wheel diameter.According to the calculation ex-ample,εmax caused by truck wheels was five times greater than that caused by car wheels.Only the anti crack interlayer that was semi continuous with the asphalt layer could reduce εmax.The deformation of temperature type reflective cracks was tens of times greater than that caused by wheels.ε decreased with M and took M=2 m as the inflection point.Anti crack interlayer controlled the upper boundary of ε by restricting the lower boundary of M.Regardless of vehicle loads or temperature,the wider the crack resistant interlayer,the lower the asphalt layer ε.
