预湿再生粗骨料对自密实混凝土工作性能及力学性能影响的研究

摘要
以3种不同的预湿率(50%、70%和100%)和不同掺量(15%、30%和50%)再生粗骨料制备自密实再生混凝土,并测试其工作性能和力学性能.结果表明,预湿可以增加自密实混凝土的工作性能,并且70%的预湿程度下工作性能最好;RCA在30%掺量的情况下,自密实再生混凝土的力学性能有所提高,非蒸发结晶水的研究结果也表明掺30%RCA的混凝土内部水化程度更高,合理解释了 RCA掺量在小于30%时混凝土具备更好的抗渗性,以及佐证了混凝土的强度变化趋势.
Abstract
Self-compacting recycled concrete was prepared with three different pre-wetting rates(50%,70%and 100%)and different contents(15%,30%and 50%)of recycled coarse aggregate,and workability performance and me-chanical properties were tested.The results show that pre-wetting can increase the workability performance of self-com-pacting concrete,and the workability performance is best at a pre-wetting rate of 70%;when RCA is added at a content of 30%,the mechanical properties of self-compacting recycled concrete are improved,and the research results of non-evapo-rable water also show that the internal hydration content of concrete with 30%RCA is higher,which reasonably explains that concrete has better impermeability when the RCA content is less than 30%,and confirms the strength change trend of concrete.
