摘要

非公路自卸车在矿区恶劣工况环境下运行时会遇到驾驶室上方落石危险,设置于驾驶室垂直方向并与货箱连为一体的滚翻保护结构起到了保护驾驶室作用.滚翻保护结构主要由斜梁与纵梁支撑,为了在质量最小的前提下增加该结构的强度,利用粒子群多目标优化算法,以滚翻保护结构受载时变形最小、结构质量最小为两个目标函数,确定支撑梁的厚度、长度和宽度结构设计参数作为优化变量,通过建立数学模型进行多目标优化.由此得到新设计参数使滚翻保护结构在工况下最大变形与应力分别降低为原来的78.5%和58%,优化效果明显,并通过有限元仿真与实验验证优化后结构的可靠性.

Abstract

When non highway dump trucks operate in harsh working conditions in mining areas,they may encounter the danger of falling rocks above the driver's cab.The ROPS installed vertically in the driver's cab and integrated with the car-go box serves to protect the driver's cab.ROPS is mainly supported by cant beam and carling.In order to increase the strength of the structure while minimizing the mass,the particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm is used to determine the thickness,length,and width structural design parameters of the support beam as optimization variables,with the minimum deformation of ROPS under load and the minimum structural mass as the two objective functions.A mathematical model is established for multi-objective optimization.New design parameters can be obtained to reduce the maximum deformation and stress of the rollover protection structure under operating conditions to 78.5%and 58%,re-spectively.The optimization effect is significant,and the reliability of the optimized structure is verified through finite ele-ment simulation and experimental verification.
