Fe/Cu/分子筛复合材料催化降解有机染料性能研究

采用浸渍法制备Fe/Cu/分子筛复合材料,以追求非均相芬顿催化剂用于催化降解亚甲基蓝、甲基橙和罗丹明B等有机染料时,催化性能的进一步提升.对制备过程的关键工艺参数进行优化,其次探究降解体系的最佳反应条件,最后对降解机理进行分析.研究结果表明,Fe/Cu/分子筛复合材料在最佳反应条件下反应25 min,亚甲基蓝降解率可达96.80%,同时对多种有机染料液都有较好的降解效果,因此,该催化剂在处理工业有机染料废水领域有一定的应用前景.
In an effort to further improve the catalytic efficiency of non-homogeneous Fenton catalysts for the catalytic degradation of organic dyes like methylene blue,methyl orange,and rhodamine B,Fe/Cu/molecular sieve composites were made using an impregnation technique.The impregnation process was used to create the composites.After determining the ideal reaction circumstances for the degradation system and optimizing the preparation process's main process parameters,the degradation mechanism was examined.The findings demonstrated that,under ideal reaction conditions,the Fe/Cu/mo-lecular sieve composite reacted for 25 minutes,degrading methylene blue at a rate of 96.80%while also having a superior degrading effect on a range of organic dye solutions.Therefore,there are some potential uses for the catalyst in the field of treating wastewater containing industrial organic dyes.
