考虑湿胀软化效应的泥岩受荷膨胀模型

An Expansive Model of Loaded Mudstone Considering Water-induced Softening and Swelling Effects

我国陇东地区广泛分布的新近系红层泥岩水敏感性强,地下水富集时极易发生地质灾害.为明确地下水环境对此类特殊岩体工程性质的影响,以原状泥岩为研究对象,开展浸水软化和侧限膨胀试验,并考虑湿胀软化共同作用建立了受荷膨胀模型.研究结果表明:1)泥岩软化系数Kc为0.221,浸水软化主要受饱和度影响,饱和后继续浸水强度无明显变化.2)泥岩(无荷载)侧限膨胀率δe为0.325,膨胀应力σe为450 kPa,吸水过程中膨胀压力与含水率具有分段线性的特征.3)通过对含水率归一化处理,引入湿度损伤因子Dw,建立了泥岩受荷膨胀模型,模型适用性强,且参数易于确定,相较于传统的一维膨胀模型,适用范围更加广泛,可用于隧道围岩变形预测.
The neocene mudstone,which is widely distributed in eastern Gansu,is water-sensitivity.Many geological disasters in this stratum may occur when groundwater is enriched.To understand the impact of groundwater on the engi-neering properties of the mudstone,the water-softening(immersion)tests and confining expansion tests were carried out.Meanwhile,a novel expansive model of loaded mudstone was proposed considering the water-softening and volume expan-sion.The results show that:the water softening coefficients Kc of mudstone is 0.221.The water softening behaviour of the mudstone is mainly affected by water saturation.Once the sample is staturated,the continuous immersion has almost no impact on the mechanical properties of the mudstone.The confined expansive rate(without load)is 0.325,and the expan-sive stress of the undisturbed mudstone is 450 kPa.The swelling pressure and water content have the characteristics of piecewise linearity.By the normalization of the water content and the introduce of water-relative damage variable,the no vol expansive model is avaliable to describe the loaded expansion of mudstone,whose predicted deformation is match to tests.Therefore,the novel model can be used to the deformation prediction of tunnel surround rocks.
