基于高阶剪切变形理论的海砂夹芯板弯曲性能研究

Research on the Bending Performance of Sea Sand Sandwich Panels Based on High-order Shear Deformation Theory

为了研究海砂夹芯板的弯曲性能,利用高阶剪切变形理论和广义虚位移原理,建立了海砂夹芯板的弯曲平衡方程,采用双傅里叶级数法求解了海砂夹芯板的弯曲变形.通过算例分析了四边简支边界条件下横向均布荷载作用下海砂夹芯板的中点挠度,并且对比分析了 Reissner理论、Hoff理论和高阶剪切变形理论等3种理论计算不同夹芯层弹性模量和夹芯层厚度条件下海砂夹芯板中点挠度值的影响.结果表明,文中方法适用性更广,更适于建筑夹芯墙板弯曲性能的研究.同时,建立了海砂夹芯板的有限元模型,计算了海砂夹芯板在x=a/2和y=b/2两个截面位置处发生弯曲变形的挠度和应力,并与文中方法对比,进一步验证了文中方法的有效性.
In order to study the bending performance of the sand sandwich board,the bending balance equation of the sand sandwich board was established by using the theory of higher-order shear deformation and the principle of generalized virtual displacement,and the bending deformation of the sand sandwich board was solved by double Fourier series meth-od.This paper analyzed the mid-point deflection of the sand sandwich plate under the transverse uniform load under the condition of four-sided simply supported boundary,and compared the influence of three theories,namely Reissner theory,Hoff theory and high-order shear deformation theory,on the calculation of the mid-point deflection of the sand sandwich plate under the condition of different elastic modulus and thickness of the sandwich layer.The results show that the pro-posed method is more suitable for the study of flexural properties of sandwich wall panels.At the same time,the finite ele-ment model of the sand sandwich plate was established,and the deflection and stress of the bending deformation of the sand sandwich plate at x=a/2 and y=b/2 were calculated.The effectiveness of the proposed method is further verified by comparing with the proposed method.
