为解决公路养护管理中的"信息孤岛"问题,湖北交投基于虚拟数字资源和实体养护资产,以业务中台和数据中台为核心,设计了一套"1+1+2+5+N"架构的养护平台,实现高速公路基础设施养护的全过程业务闭环管理.该平台基于基础设施、设施病害、巡查检查、处治措施和管理流程等模块构建标准化体系,利用云部署、全要素运维数据大整合及互通互融等数字化技术建设路桥隧数据中台,打破不同部门和不同业务的数据壁垒,保障业务数据在子系统和总平台之间的上下互通,支撑以养护管理业务和路桥隧专业管理为核心功能的6大业务管理子系统,具备养护业务管理、基础设施资产、大数据分析、科学决策等数字化功能.该平台在多条高速应用效果良好,实现养护管理提质降本增效,推进行业数字化转型.
To solve the issue of"information silos",a maintenance platform with a"1+1+2+5+N architecture based on virtual digital resources and physical maintenance assets has been designed to achieve the target of closed loop manage-ment for highway infrastructure maintenance.The platform which has utilized digital technologies is based on the stand-ardized systems of infrastructure,facility diseases,inspection and inspection,disposal measures,and management proces-ses.This platform also supports six business management subsystems whose core functions are maintenance management business and road,bridge,and tunnel professional management.By the platform,the data barriers between departments and businesses have been broken down to ensuring the interoperability between subsystems and the overall platform,to satisfying with digital functions such as maintenance business management,infrastructure assets,big data analysis,and scientific decision-making.The platform has been used in multiple high-speed applications,and achieved the meet of main-tenance management.
