摘要
高校信息化精准建设是提升"双一流"高校建设水平和保障高校人才培养质量的必然要求.目前高校公房管理存在图纸固化,图纸管理跟不上公房变化、公房业务管理和公房图纸信息管理脱节、公房信息更新不及时等问题.针对学校公房管理现状,严格按照国有资产管理制度和规范要求,作者提出了信息化的高校公房管理系统,贯彻"按需配置、定额使用"原则,建立统一的公房资源库,实现"校区-片区-楼栋-楼层-房间"的综合管理,覆盖公房管理的各个业务需求.为公房管理带来了直观、高效、便捷的管理方式,同时盘活学校公房资源,达到优化配置.
Abstract
The precision construction of university informationization is the inevitable requirement to promote the con-struction level of"Double-first-class"university and to guarantee the quality of university personnel training.At present,there are some problems in the management of public housing in colleges and universities,such as the solidified drawing,the lack of keeping up with the changes of public housing,the disconnection between the management of public housing business and the management of public housing drawing information,and the lack of timely updating of public housing in-formation.In view of the current situation of the management of public housing in schools,strictly in accordance with the state-owned assets management system and standard requirements,this paper puts forward an information-based manage-ment system of public housing in colleges and universities,and carries out the principle of"Allocation on demand,quota use",the establishment of a unified public housing resource bank to achieve"CAMPUS-AREA-BUILDING-FLOOR-ROOM"integrated management,covering the public housing management of the business needs.For the public housing management has brought intuitive,efficient and convenient management,while also revitalizing school public housing re-sources to achieve optimal allocation.
