The present study aims to evaluate the influence of high temperature on the thermal insulation performance and thermal stability of aerogel-cement composite materials(ACMs).ACMs samples with SiO2 aerogel content of 0%,5%,7%,and 10%were prepared, and the samples were subjected to heat treatment at high temperatures of 400 ℃,600 ℃,800 ℃,and 1 000 ℃.The analysis included the assessment of ACMs mass loss, density, compressive strength, pore structure, thermal conductivity, and microscopic morphology. The results indicate that the addition of aerogel enhances the thermal insulation performance of ACMs at high temperatures. At room temperature, the thermal conductivity of ACMs with 10%aerogel decreased by 48.04%,and the density decreased by 30.5%.At 600℃,the thermal conductivity of ACMs with different aerogel addition amounts reached its minimum value. However, beyond 600 ℃,the thermal insula-tion performance of aerogel gradually deteriorated. The addition of aerogel effectively reduced the influence of high tem-perature on the mass loss, density, compressive strength, and pore structure of ACMs,thereby enhancing the thermal sta-bility of ACMs at high temperatures.
