摘要

系统研究了醇胺类早强剂TEA、TIPA对超硫酸盐水泥性能的影响.研究结果表明,TEA和TIPA单独掺入时,最佳掺入量均为0.05%,且TEA的增强效果更好;TEA与TIPA复合掺入时,最佳用量为0.05%TEA+0.03%TIPA,且TEA与TIPA并没有协同作用的效果.X射线光电子能谱和SEM分析结果表明,醇胺类早强剂能显著促进矿渣中Si和Al的水化,生成更多水化产物,有利于超硫酸盐水泥水化的致密化.对比硅酸盐水泥,掺有适量TEA增强的超硫酸盐水泥,会进一步优化其内部孔隙分布,阻碍凝胶和未反应原料的浸出,在淡水环境中各个龄期质量损失率更小,稳定性更好.

Abstract

The effects of alcohol amine early strength agents TEA and TIPA on the properties of super sulfate cement were systematically studied.The results show that when TEA and TIPA are doped alone,the best doping amount is 0.05%,and the enhancement effect of TEA is better;when TEA and TIPA are co-doped,the optimal dosage is 0.05%TEA+0.03%TIPA,and there is no synergistic effect between TEA and TIPA.The results of X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy and SEM analysis show that the alcohol amine early strength agent can significantly promote the hydration of Si and Al in the slag and generate more hydration products,which is conducive to the densification of the hydration of super-sulfated cement.Compared with Portland cement,the addition of an appropriate amount of TEA-enhanced supersulfated cement will further optimize its internal pore distribution,hinder the leaching of gel and unreacted raw materials,and have a smaller mass loss rate and better stability at various ages in freshwater environments.
