温拌EA/SBS共混改性沥青的流变与力学特性研究

Rheological and Mechanical Performance of Warm-mixed EA/SBS Blended Asphalt

为评价温拌EA/SBS共混改性沥青(以下简称EA/SBS)的流变与力学特性,通过试验测试了不同混合比例EA/SBS的粘度增长行为、抗车辙性、低温抗裂性和拉伸性能.结果表明,温拌环氧EA/SBS共混改性沥青的黏度增长特性对拌和温度较为敏感,120 ℃条件下混合比为1∶1的EA/SBS容留时间较长,达到85 min;提高SBS改性沥青含量可改善EA/SBS的低温抗裂性,混合比为1∶1时SHRP分级达到PG 82-28,有助于实现高温稳定性和低温柔韧性之间的平衡;SBS改性沥青含量的增加导致EA/SBS拉伸强度的降低,断裂伸长率均保持在200%以上.
To evaluate the rheological and mechanical performance of warm-mixed EA/SBS blended asphalt(hereinaf-ter referred to as EA/SBS),the viscosity growth behaviour,rutting resistance,low-temperature crack resistance and ten-sile properties of EA/SBS binder were tested and evaluated.Results show that the viscosity growth characteristics of EA/SBS are more sensitive to the mixing temperature.Under the condition of 120 ℃,the EA/SBS with a 1∶1 mixing ratio has a longer retention time of 85 minutes.Increasing the content of SBS modified asphalt can improve the low-temperature crack resistance of EA/SBS.When the mixing ratio is 1∶1,the SHRP grading is PG 82-28,which helps to achieve a bal-ance between the high-temperature stability and the low-temperature flexibility.The increase in SBS modified asphalt con-tent leads to a decrease in the tensile strength of EA/SBS,however,the elongation at break remains above 200%.
