印刷线路板经过金属回收后仍具有大量的玻璃纤维和环氧树脂等非金属材料,将其加入到AC-20改性沥青混合料中,可探究不同掺量的印刷线路板非金属粉替代1%SBS改性剂对SBS改性沥青混合料路用性能的影响.试验结果表明,相比于4%SBS改性沥青混合料,使用25%的废旧PCBN粉替代1%SBS的沥青混合料的高温车辙与动态模量分别提升了 8.8%和11.02%,具有较好的高温抗车辙能力.抗弯拉强度和最大弯拉应变分别降低了 22.78%和13.02%,低温性能有所降低,水稳定性满足规范要求.掺废旧PCBN粉的SBS改性沥青在南方高温多雨地区有较好的适用性,为其在公路领域的工程应用提供参考,助推了我国公路交通建设的绿色化水平.
After metal recovery,printed circuit boards still have a large number of non-metallic materials such as glass fiber and epoxy resin,which are added to AC-20 modified asphalt mixture.The influence of replacing 1%SBS modifier with non-metallic powder for printed circuit boards on road performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture is explored.The test results show that compared with 4%SBS modified asphalt mixture,the high temperature rutting and dynamic modu-lus of 1%SBS asphalt mixture replaced by 25%waste PCBN powder are increased by 8.8%and 11.02%,respectively,which has a good high temperature rutting resistance.The flexural tensile strength and maximum flexural tensile strain are reduced by 22.78%and 13.02%respectively,and the low temperature performance is reduced,and the water stability meets the specification requirements.SBS modified asphalt mixed with waste PCBN powder has good applicability in the hot and rainy areas in the south,which provides a reference for its engineering application in the field of highway,and pro-motes the green level of highway traffic construction in our country.
