摘要

对酸法从小龙虾副产物中提取钙的工艺条件进行了研究。比较多种酸提取虾副产物中钙的提取量,通过实验确定有机酸提取小龙虾副产物中钙的最佳条件为:有机酸与干虾粉(干燥后粉碎样)重量比1∶1,有机酸的摩尔比为:柠檬酸∶苹果酸∶乳酸=2∶3∶6,浸提时间为5 h,浸提温度为30℃,在此条件下小龙虾副产物中钙的提取量可达126.04 mg/g。

Abstract

This paper studied process conditions of acid extraction of calcium from red swamp crayfish waste , compared the different effects of kinds of process conditions .It is confirmed by experiment that the best condition to extract calcium was:organic acids with dry red swamp crayfish powder weight ratio of 1∶1, usage of organic acids mole ratio as:citric acid∶malic acid∶lactic acid =2∶3∶6, extraction time of 5h, extraction temperature of 30 °C, the extraction rate of calcium from red swamp crayfish waste was 126.04 mg/g.
