湖北城乡居民食用植物油需求弹性的实证分析

摘要
将湖北居民区分为城镇和农村两类对象，分别利用其收入及市场价格变化情况，实证分析了2006—2012年间湖北城乡居民植物油需求的收入弹性及价格弹性情况。结果表明，分析期间湖北城乡居民的食用植物油需求弹性总体表现为价格弹性系数较小且均为负值；收入弹性系数总体大于价格弹性系数且呈现由负转正、逐步增长的态势。同时，湖北农村居民的食用植物油弹性均大于城镇居民。
Abstract
In this article, we have given an empirical analysis on the demand elasticity of income and price of the edible plant oil of Hubei habitants, using their chang of income and the market price, between 2006-2012 throught the division of two kinds of habitants of town or rural ones.The research makes it clear that the coefficient of price elasticity is small and in negative situation,income elasticity is bigger than price elasticity and from negative to posi-tive situation and going up gradually of the edible oil plant demand elasticity of Hubei habitants of town or rural area in the whole,In the mean time, the coefficient of the edible oil plant demand elasticity of Hubei habitants of rural area is bigger than that of Hubei habitants of town in the time period.
