为了改善博物馆恒湿机的性能、提高加湿除湿效率,采用小型压缩机作为除湿装置、超声波雾化器作为加湿装置,其能效比高、除湿能力强、加湿速度快、加湿量大等特点,可以满足1~10 m3展柜的恒湿需求.双冷凝器结构设计可以解决安装空间空气不流通导致的热量聚集问题,通过隔膜泵将冷凝水回收到外置水箱,降低了冷凝水外溢的风险和加湿时人工补水的困扰.经过实验测试,恒湿机运行稳定,可以实现良好的恒湿效果,精度可满足士 3%RH的要求.方案可以有效解决目前博物馆恒湿机存在加湿除湿量小、效率低的问题,适用不同体积的展柜,具有广泛的应用前景.
Design scheme of a small constant humidity machine based on compressor
In order to improve the performance of museum humidifiers and increase their humidification and dehumidification efficiency,this project uses a small compressor as a dehumidification device and an ultra-sonic atomizer as a humidification device.It has high energy efficiency,strong dehumidification capacity,fast humidification speed,and large humidification volume.The humidifier can meet the constant humidity requirements of 1~10 m3 showcases.The design of a dual condenser structure can solve the problem of poor air circulation in the installation space,which is prone to heat accumulation.The condensed water is recycled to an external water tank through a diaphragm pump to solve the risk of condensed water overflow and the problem of manual water replenishment during humidification.Through experimental testing,the humidifier operates stably and can achieve good constant humidity effects.The accuracy can meet the re-quirement of±3%RH.This project can effectively solve the problems of small humidification and dehu-midification capacity and low efficiency of current museum humidifiers,and is suitable for showcases of dif-ferent sizes,with broad application prospects.
