黄花菜(Hemerocallis citrina Baroni)是一种具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗抑郁等多种功效的珍贵植物资源,其主要生物活性成分为多酚化合物,对调节现代快节奏的生活所导致的压力和抑郁具有一定的作用,市场应用前景广泛,是目前食品领域研究的热点.本文对黄花菜多酚的成分、提取方法和生物活性三个方面进行综述,旨在为进一步开发和利用黄花菜多酚提供一定的技术参考.
Research progress on extraction methods and biological activities of polyphenols from daylily
Hemerocallis citrina Baroni is a precious plant resource with antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-depression and other functions.Its main bioactive components are polyphenol compounds,which play a cer-tain role in regulating stress and depression caused by modern fast-paced life,and have a good application prospect.It is also a hot spot in the field of food research.In this paper,the components,extraction methods and biological activities of polyphenols in daylily were reviewed in order to provide some technical reference for further development and utilization of polyphenols in daylily.
