In order to find out the key factors affecting the oil yield of rapeseed in the oil pressing line,the experimental analysis of double screw pressing of rapeseed was carried out to explore the effects of rape-seed type,material moisture content,spindle speed and germ mill clearance size on oil yield,and the results were analyzed by ANOVA.The results of the study showed that the gap size of the rolling mill had a sig-nificant effect on the oil yield,while the effects of origin and moisture content and spindle speed were not significant,and the main order of the factors was gap size of the rolling mill＞origin of rapeseed＞moisture content of rapeseed＞spindle speed.For SSYZ120/12 double screw oil press,the optimal gin gap was 3 mm,the origin of rapeseed was Guizhou province,the moisture content of the material was 6％,and the op-timal spindle speed was 16 r/min.
