Preparation of white rice husk ash by glacial acetic acid pretreatment and analysis of its structural properties
In order to investigate the feasibility of the preparation of white rice husk ash by glacial acetic acid pretreatment, the original rice husk was pre-treated by glacial acetic acid soaking and calcined under differ-ent temperature and time conditions. The structures of the calcined products were characterized by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the active rice husk ash with white color, low impurity content and high purity of amorphous silica can be prepared by calcination at 600 ℃ for 1.5 hours after ice acetic acid pretreatment. This paper provides a new scheme for the pretreatment of rice husk ash, which is conducive to improving the resource value of rice husk.
