计算机基础课程虚拟教学组织的构建与实施

面对"四新"时代计算机基础课程教育改革对教师带来的挑战,以计算机基础课程为例探索了基于虚拟教研室的基层教学组织创新,实现"以学生为中心"的教育理念和校内校外"协同育人"的目标.与校内非计算机专业的专职教师合作,形成校内虚拟教研室组织,打破学科壁垒,落实立德树人;利用高校虚拟教研室平台,与校外同行计算机基础课教师和平台的教师社区形成校外虚拟教研室组织,进行跨校园、跨区域的线上线下交流与合作,实现教学资源和信息的共享共建,推进线上线下教学模式改革,实施多元化教学评价.基于虚拟教研室的创新探索有效促进了基层教研组织教师在计算机基础课程中专业化教学能力的提高和教学效果的增强.
The construction and implementation of virtual teaching organization for computer basic courses
Faced with the challenges brought by the education reform of computer basic courses in the"Four New"era to teachers,this article explores the innovation of grassroots teaching organization of computer basic courses based on virtual teaching and research rooms,achieving the educational concept of"student-centered"and the goal of"collaborative education"within and outside the school.The purpose is to collab-orate with full-time teachers in non computer majors on campus to form a virtual teaching and research room organization,break down disciplinary barriers,implement moral education.By using the virtual teach-ing and research room platform of universities,we try to form an off campus virtual teaching and research room organization with teacher communities on platforms to conduct cross campus and cross regional online and offline communication and cooperation,achieve the sharing and co-construction of teaching resources and information,promote the reform of online and offline teaching modes,and implement diversified teach-ing evaluations.The innovative exploration based on virtual teaching and research rooms has effectively promoted the professional teaching ability and teaching effectiveness of grassroots teaching and research or-ganization teachers in computer basic courses.
