以企业需求为导向的油脂专业人才培养模式探索

摘要
鉴于油脂企业的用人需求与高校培养的专业人才在能力上存在着一定的差距,以油脂企业需求为切入点,以提高油脂专业人才能力为 目标,从课程体系、教师和学生三个层面对高校的人才培养模式进行了探索:学科交叉融合新课堂和引入可视化专业课程,及时更新教学内容、教师进入企业"再深造"和试点专业课程校外导师制,培养和提升学生的产业链思维和实践能力.这些探索可以作为后续调整油脂专业人才培养模式的参考.
Abstract
In view of the gap between the employment needs of oil and fat enterprises and the ability of pro-fessional talents trained by colleges and universities,this paper takes the needs of oil and fat enterprises as the entry point and aims to improve the ability of oil and fat professionals,and explores the talent training mode of colleges and universities from the three aspects of curriculum system,teachers and students:inter-disciplinary integration of new classrooms and the introduction of visual professional courses,timely upda-ting of teaching content,teachers entering the enterprise"further study"and pilot professional courses off-campus tutorial system,cultivating and enhancing students'industrial chain thinking and practical ability.These explorations can be used as a reference to adjust the training mode of oil professionals in the future.
