In order to better understand and leverage the advantages of digital ultra short chain channels for modern fresh agricultural products,it is necessary to strengthen identification,governance,and prevention of channel risks in ultra short chains.Based on research foundation of supply chain channel risk and its governance issues,we shold systematically identify the structure and business risk factors of ultra short chain channel system composed of direct sales and distribution channels,constructs a System Dynamics(SD)model to analyze and explore the core business risks and their impacts from perspectives of timeliness,quality,and quantity risks,and obtains relevant governance mechanisms.Research has shown that:the ultra short chain channel systems have typical time sensitive characteris-tics,direct sales channels have stronger resistance to quality risks than distribution channels,and we need to consid-er the radiation range of channel system,etc.The research results have deepened the risks connotation understand-ing on digital ultra short chain channels for fresh agricultural products,provided its safe and efficient operation paths and methods,and have great significance in promoting its high-quality and healthy development.
